We’ve built our team of top professionals by rewarding their accomplishments and ensuring they have what's needed to succeed.The Sales Practice & Risk Accountability Lead (Business Support Consultant 5) is an Individual Contributor role that directly reports to the Manager of Branch Banking - Business Initiative and Integration group who is responsible for the ownership and the resolution of key issues identified and for leading accountability for the Branch Banking under the Chief Accountability Officer. The position would be responsible for executing operational activities, representing the business as a subject-matter-expert, and leading (or participating in) a variety of initiatives or projects, as directed/assigned by the Chief Accountability Officer.Key responsibilities includes the following: Serves as a resource to execute initiatives that have a wide business impact and varied complexity. Serves as the primary liaison to Sales Practice Council, ensure accountably of action items are completed each month. Supports and leads root cause analysis on sales practice metrics, risk items and support branch banking in reducing overall risk profile. Leads strategic coordination between centralized supervision, monitoring and services and accountability group to close gaps in feedback loops. Consult on the approach and direction for key initiatives, lead execution of initiatives and ensure proper documentation. Develops metrics and tracks performance of programs/ initiatives and ensures adherence to processes, policy and regulations. Works in collaboration with partners, and other stakeholders to provide strategic recommendations to support the line of business needs and initiatives.Business Operations ResponsibilitiesPro-actively collaborate with key partners and stakeholders in the planning and execution of key business operations functions including facilitation of pre-plans, agenda design, content development, coordination of activities, resources and processes, such as: Deliverable status tracking/accountability Leadership reporting on key initiatives Coordination with field communication teams Documentation of key process and suggest improvement opportunitiesSuccessful Candidate Will Demonstrate: Communication skills – ability to synthesize information and communicate relevant updates on progress and status of projects and initiatives. Will be articulate and possess a demonstrated leadership capability. Additionally, candidate should possess good professional presence and be accustomed to presenting material to senior leadership. Influencing skills – a proven ability to effectively communicate in a variety of forums, including both in-person and virtual settings. One who operates in a highly collaborative, results-orientated manner. Strategic thinking and simplicity for implementation – thinks strategically about business problems, breaks down problems, presents solutions while evaluating the pros and cons of each option, and negotiates compromises. Identifies business opportunities by delivering thoughtful analysis with strong logical thinking. Thinks in innovative ways about problems and issues and develops/ implements simple solutions to business problems. Strong technical skills including advanced Microsoft suite capabilities.Required Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning

Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
