About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Senior Lead (Senior Lead Marketing Consultant) on the Marketing Operations Team as part of Enterprise Marketing Services. As a Senior Lead you will be aligned to a line of business with the responsibility of being engaging in strategy and planning sessions with partnering teams to collaborate on approaches best suited for email campaign execution. A firm understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) will be necessary to consult, collaborate, and solution effectively to ensure campaign channel success.Through this partnership, you will manage campaigns throughout the life cycle, across multiple teams, from development to launch. An ability to deliver against SLA’s and timelines in a complex, fast moving, and highly matrix organization will be critical.As a Senior Lead, you also serve as a project manager focused on projects to optimize email channel and improve its use of SFMC.Additionally, you will have an opportunity to mentor other members of the email channel to help elevate execution.In this role, you will:
Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence successful delivery of innovative campaigns, programs and initiatives that drive business outcomes for multiple products, business lines or more significant programs and seamless customer engagement across digital channels within marketing
Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges which require in depth evaluation across marketing, delivering solutions that are long term, large scale and require partnership with cross functional groups to create digital experiences for more advanced initiatives that enable seamless customer engagement across digital channels
Provide vision, direction, and expertise to more experienced leadership on implementing significant business solutions that are large scale, highly complex initiatives across organizational boundaries requiring new strategies and thinking
Engage with partners, cross functional groups, business partners and lead vendor relationships
Serve as subject matter expert in email marketing
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Digital Platforms (i.e. Mobile or Social Media) experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Email Marketing Campaign channel execution experience, preferably within the financial services or banking industry
5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) experience
Advanced knowledge of SQL and queries, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder and analytics to produce desired outcomes in SFMC
Must be able to translate business requirements into solutions that demonstrate Salesforce platform & facilitate business outcomes
Ability to guide/lead/train email marketing consultants on SFMC capabilities and paths to solutions
Ability to apply email marketing insights and subject matter expertise to partner with campaign managers to implement effective campaign execution
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with an ability to drive SLAs, timeframes, and deliverables
Ability to understand stakeholder perspective and demonstrate responsiveness to their needs
Proven experience leading strategic partnerships and cross functionality teams, consulting with stakeholders on email marketing programs and strategic projects
Demonstrated ability to lead and/or represent organization on cross-team initiatives to meet goals and timelines
