Provide design, integration, test and maintenance support for military weapon systems.
Apply a wide application of engineering design and/or analytical theory, principles, and techniques to create, plan, and perform a variety of complex design, development, analysis, experimentation, test, and/or product assurance tasks.
Independently conduct specialized technical analyses, solve difficult technical problems and contribute to the development / enhancement of engineering models.
Develop programs to enhance, implement, and support assigned technical effort.
Conduct technical studies for complex engineering/scientific problems and provides advanced, specialized assistance to project leaders in a variety of tasks including development of product specifications, documents, and/or test procedures.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field of study from an accredited University.
Must have 4 years of experience working with electronics/electrical design and/or product development.
Capable of hands-on troubleshooting using engineering lab equipment.
Ability to effectively communicate in a professional manner and produce detailed, clear and concise technical documentation.
Proficient use of engineering tools and techniques to create electrical designs from concept to testing.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Proficient use of complex development and test tools and equipment and ability to understand complex engineering drawings and technical data.
Experience with military and industrial engineering and documentation standards.
Experience with High Voltage power distribution and control systems.
Experience with circuit board design and fabrication, schematic and layout familiarity.
System engineering and system architecture development.
Working knowledge of FPGA programming languages such as VHDL and or Verilog.
Pay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $86235 - $146638Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
