Responsibilities, skills, and knowledge may be representative, but not all-inclusive of those commonly associated with the position.Technical Leadership & CollaborationLead customer teams by fostering collaboration across departments, sharing knowledge, and providing strong technical leadership throughout the solution lifecycle.Act as a trusted advisor to both internal teams and external clients, leveraging subject matter expertise to design and implement innovative PLM solutions that drive customer success.Guide and coordinate cross-functional teams during project execution, ensuring alignment, timely delivery, and achievement of defined outcomes.Solution Design & ArchitectureDesign comprehensive PLM solution strategies, including system architecture, hardware, and software components, tailored to meet customer-specific goals and environments.Identify and analyze customer challenges, translating business needs into clear technical requirements and scalable solutions.Collaborate with sales, business development, and technology teams to ensure proposed solutions align with both customer expectations and organizational capabilities.Data Management & MigrationLead and execute data mapping and migration activities to ensure accurate, consistent, and seamless data transfer between systems.Document data mapping structures, transformation rules, migration strategies, and supporting technical details to ensure transparency and repeatability.Provide training and support to stakeholders on working with data in the new system, promoting user adoption and effective utilization.Enablement & Continuous ImprovementDeliver ongoing support and mentorship to project teams and stakeholders, continuously improving processes and technical standards.Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and process refinement based on project insights and customer feedback.Additional ResponsibilitiesPerform other duties as assigned, based on evolving company needs and strategic priorities.
