Job Purpose Support business growth by managing all Supply Chain projects and business processes across functions including Phase & Gate activities. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement, develop and maintain the health of the B2N SC processes. Define and manage, inside the Operation, common long term execution plans. Analyze operational plant performances data (KPIs + economics), formulating/recommending diagnosis and process improvement plans. How the Role Will Measure Success
Ensure SC Business processes are meeting the needs of B2N nature business, Customers and Consumer. Evolve processes as necessary to enable Objectives and Goals
Work with the team to ensure processes are understood and being applied
Own all Non-Phase & Gate Projects activities: FCAs, evaluation of financial/strategic sense, ensure flawless execution, coordination and management of cross-functional teams, updates to Leadership
Define projects’ scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with project team and stakeholders
Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
Guarantee that the project development is in line with the P&G and the FCR/FCA processes
Develops and monitors project financials and resource requirements
Evaluates existing project management practices and recommend improvements to project and program management practices
Track project milestones and deliverables
Ensure that the practices coming from other supply chain job families are applied in the same way to different co-manufacturers
Monitor and control the Capex utilization – at Operations level – and the benchmark versus targets and the investment plans (if applicable)
Manage MDM set up and tools in order to ensure accuracy of data
What You Will Bring to the Table
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Management, Operations, Logistics or Supply Chain
5-7 years food industry experience in Operations, Supply Chain with increasing cross-functional leadership focus and responsibility, consumer packaged goods industry required, experience in start-up a plus.
2-3 years Project Management experience within the food industry
Experience and knowledge in Digital Supply Chains, Agile Supply Chains, and/or End to End SC management
Excellent communication skills and presentation skills. Ability to effectively work, influence, problem solve and communicate at all levels of the organization and with customers.
Ability to build and lead high-performance teams.
Ability to manage, penetrate, influence, and deliver results at strategic co-packers.
Proficiency in MS Office environment (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP/TPO/TPM a plus).
Ability to travel up to 15% with no destination restrictions
