Authentic Gourmet BakeShop produces buns, breads and desserts for many of the best restaurants in the Twin Cities. We are growing and need help with our packaging efficiencies.
We are hiring a Packaging Manager who wants to be successful with a good company. We have a team of six packagers you will work with then teach them your skills.
You will begin working on the packaging line, learning the requirements of the job.
Your duties will then include scheduling the team, training them on the best way to do things and maintaining the quality that our clients wish to have.
Key Responsibilities:
- We have a team of six who package our products. As you learn our system, you will manage, schedule and train the members of the team.
- Arrive on time with a positive approach.
- Have a Team Spirit, helping where needed.
Qualifications:
- A wish to be employed in an environment that is friendly and efficient
- Being able to communicate in both English and Spanish.
- Previous experience with high volume packaging, preferably dealing with food products.
- A basic understanding of food safety .
