The Barcelona menu is focused on simple dishes where core ingredients shine, rustic presentations, and a lot of flavor packed into each small plate. There are core signature dishes, tested classics similar to what you would find at a tapas bar in Spain.
Our Line Cook prepares food exactly to the Executive Chef’s specifications and manages all food stations for menu execution.
Our Prep Cook is responsible for working under the leadership of the restaurant’s executive chef for all food preparation needs. He/she performs routine and day-to-day tasks that are needed to allow the line cooks to turn out perfect meals. Tasks include chopping vegetables, breaking down stations, cutting meat, weighing and mixing ingredients, washing and preparing vegetables, storing food properly, and more.
