Job Description:
The Bowling Supervisor is responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the bowling center, ensuring smooth lane operations, excellent customer service, and a clean and safe environment. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bowling operations, including lane assignments, equipment functionality, and guest satisfaction.
Supervise and schedule bowling staff, ensuring adequate coverage during peak times.
Train and mentor team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the bowling area.
Collaborate with the Bowling Mechanic and other staff to address equipment issues promptly.
Assist in organizing bowling leagues, tournaments, and special events.
Report to management on operational performance and guest feedback.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a bowling center or hospitality environment.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Basic understanding of bowling equipment and scoring systems (training can be provided).
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
