Caja, a brand-new fried chicken and sides restaurant, is opening soon in Graze Food Hall, home to some of the best local eateries in town. We're on the hunt for an enthusiastic and experienced manager to lead our team and make Caja the go-to spot at Graze. Caja is all about simplicity and flavor. With a limited menu focused on perfectly crispy fried chicken and irresistible sides, we're committed to delivering high-quality meals in a vibrant food hall setting.Caja is led by James Beard award winning chef Alex Roberts along with sister establishments Brasa Rotisserie and Alma cafe, restaurant and hotel.The Manager position is 5 shifts per week, 45-50hrs/week. Open availability evenings and weekends required. Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fast-casual or food hall setting. Strong BOH/kitchen experience, with a deep understanding of kitchen operations, food preparation, and inventory management. $50,000 to $60,000 per year depending on experience.
