The Corporate Kitchen Assistant will assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with daily lunch food preparation and execution at the onsite campus restaurant. Will work synchronously with other kitchen staff to enable a daily positive lunch experience for Infinite Campus employees. Job Responsibilities (What you’ll do)
· Assist Manager and/or Sous Chef in weekly lunch menu planning
· Assist with collection of food supplies
· Daily food preparation, cooking, and execution
· Work food line; plate dishes in fast pace environment
· Work synchronously with other kitchen staff
· Daily cleaning of kitchen area
· Other related duties as assigned
Desired Background (Your skill-set)
· Completion of culinary arts program or equivalent and/or 2-3 years of equivalent work experience
· Knowledge of and experience in culinary arts
· Strong understanding of food safety standards
· Able to lift up to 25 lbs
