Gastrotruck, a chef-inspired food truck and catering company is looking for an outgoing, super organized and positive thinking individual to join our team!
The right individual will have/be:
A valid drivers license and clean driving record
Comfortable driving large vehicles, manual and/or automatic
At least 3 years of progressive culinary experience, with some experience in a leadership capacity
Completely open and flexible schedule, and an understanding that Friday nights and Saturdays are a must during peak volume periods
Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment and multi-task
Excited about working with quality products and making food from scratch
Comfortable speaking with customers about our vendor partners, and how food is made
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
Capable of following all policies and procedures
Knowledge of social media - post menu, location, pictures (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
Ability to work with cash/POS system
Complete understanding of Health Code, with previous ServeSAFE certified
Strong leadership skills
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills
