The Sample Room has led the way ever since with a focus on small plate dining, neighborhood pub food with an attitude and a genuine commitment to the growers, ranchers, farmers and artisan food makers around the upper Midwest. Our kitchen is looking for a new leader. Anyone stepping up to the task of continuing and enlarging the traditions of the Sample kitchen should be ready to forge a key relationship with the team, guiding the kitchen brigade through cost controls as well as your brand of culinary fireworks.
