The Downtowner Woodfire Grill is a well established, family owned restaurant in search of an experienced FOH manager. The Downtowner is located within walking distance to the Xcel, Ordway and Downtown St. Paul, making it both a neighborhood gathering spot and event destination. You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience. We are looking for an energetic, outgoing individual to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Oversee excellent food quality
Hire, train, and manage staff, manage labor costs
Use your career experience and talents to help the restaurant reach its financial goals through skillful leadership
Have fun in a fast paced environment
Preferred qualifications:
Minimum 2 years experience
Must be able to work in high volume, fast paced environment
Must be flexible with days and hours
Excellent pay, based on experience
