High volume French Bakery looking for experienced pastry person to join our team. Our candidate must be willing to learn and grow with the company.
WEEKENDS REQUIRED
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Follow directions and recipes as required
MUST have 2-4 years knowledge and experience making French pastries. IE:Genoise and biscuit jocund
Chocolate work: Tempering, truffles and chocolate decoration
Must be able to multi task and work independently.
Early Morning hours. Weekends and some holidays.
Self motivated
Pay starts at $18-$20 DOQ
