About Us:

Prep Club & Company is a luxury meal-prep service, servicing families in the western suburbs of Minneapolis such as Lake Minnetonka and Edina. We serve a menu that rotates weekly, and use the highest-quality ingredients on the market.

Growth:

Prep Club is currently serving 90+ families in the western suburbs, with a continuously growing waitlist. We will be moving into a new facility tentatively on September 1 to continue our growth. Expected growth in 2024 is between 75%-100%.

Opportunity to grow as an employee into a Prep Cook, and or leadership or administrative rolls as the business continues to expand.

No Day the Same:

Our menu rotates weekly at Prep Club, and so tasks rotate daily throughout the weekly production cycle. This is a great opportunity for an individual who likes to be constantly learning.

We can train for skill, but we can’t train for attitude. We are a high-growth business, and a high-performing team of A-players. We expect whoever joins our team to be dedicated, dependable, energetic, and most importantly - a lover of damn good food.

Hours: 30-40 hours/week.

Schedule:

Monday | 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday | 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Fridays | 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Qualifications:

Driver’s License

Clean Driving Record

Consent to background check

Food prep or production experience

Tasks:

Delivery: - Monday Deliver to customers in the Western Suburbs weekly on Monday. Must be comfortable with driving in all types of conditions. Delivery vehicle provided by the company.

Cooler Management - Monday and/or Tuesday: All of our food is delivered to our customers in reusable cooler bags with icepacks. It will be your responsibility to manage all incoming coolers, icepacks, and bag-tags for the current delivery and reset/clean for the upcoming delivery.

Production Tasks - Tuesday through Friday: Manage a self-regulated production list, mostly consisting of packing components for meal kits. Some low-level prep may be required, existing prep experience is highly preferred, but not completely necessary. We can train skill, but not attitude.

Dishwashing - Tuesday through Friday: Must be comfortable with washing dishes, the entire team washes dishes collectively.

Packaging Management - Tuesday through Friday: Responsible for gathering all packing for production each day in accordance to the production sheet. Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in our dry storage and packaging area.

Labeling - Thursday: Responsible for identifying and labeling all components. Organization of components post-label for packing orders.

Packing Orders - Friday: Responsible for participating in packing orders with the entire production team each Friday.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
