Sweet Science Ice Cream is a from-scratch, ultra-premium all-natural ice cream company based in Saint Paul, MN. We use natural and local ingredients, nothing artificial and are serious about our ice cream.
We always want to be the tastiest part of people’s day, and this starts with our team. We are currently looking for Scoopers to join us at our scoop shop in the 50th and France shopping distict of Edina. We work hard to make and serve the best product around and all staff enjoy free ice cream as a perk of the job!
We are looking for applicants of all ages and backgrounds who share a common interest in taking care of each other and our guests. Please keep in mind our desired attributes when applying:
16 years of age or older (or completed Sophomore year of high school, whichever happens first!)
Can stay unapologetically positive in a fast-paced, high volume & customer-facing position for 6+ hours
Can stand/move around and perform physically-demanding tasks. Able to lift and carry 25 pounds.
Minimum 2-3 shifts of availability per week, including weekends, holidays, and closing shifts (10 pm)
Provide consistent, world-class service to every customer
Have great people skills and able to talk to anyone
Bring people joy and help build community while working as a cooperative team member
Be familiar with what sets Sweet Science Ice Cream apart from other ice creams
Exhibit passion for community, an eye for detail, a willingness to clean, stamina to serve people in long lines, and the ability to work in an exciting, fast-paced environment
Respect for food safety and hygiene standards
