Little Tijuana Neighborhood Lounge is seeking a skilled and passionate person to join our kitchen team.
Pay: $22-$25 per hour
Length of shift 8-10 hours

We prefer full time, but would entertain offer a part time position for the right candidate. We are looking to hire someone within the next two weeks to start immediately or as late as the end of April.
Duties:
- Food Prep
- Cook and plate dishes according to established recipes and presentation guidelines
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Help with menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or culinary role is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in food preparation
- Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively
- Flexibility to work evenings & weekends.

Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
