The Uptowner Cafe is looking for an energetic, kitchen manager/GM with some experience.
Job requirements, responsibilities include, but not limited to;
- flexible schedule required, morning and evening availability, no late nights
-Executing the catering program at The Uptowner Cafe
- creating an exciting place to work by being an enthusiastic leader and bringing a positive attitude to work every day
- ability to lead and manage the entire team
- training all staff on preparation and execution of the menu
-writing and posting the weekly schedule for the entire staff.
- quality control of all food items
- oversight of all staff in following all health and safety regulations
- developing relationships with our vendors
- maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all aspects of the restaurant
