We at Cathy Mackenthuns are looking for an individual with meat cutting/butcher & sausage making experience. - Full time required
- 5+ years experience preferred
- Sausage making experience is a preferred as well, this can include professional or as a hobby.
- experience with HACCP is a plus
- food safety certification is also a plus
Responsibilities will include:
- Cutting meat for our full service cases and freezer
- Helping customers with custom cuts and questions
- Mixing and stuffing sausage
- Smoking products such as; sausage, bacon, jerky, sticks, salmon, and dog bones/ears
- Grinding/weighing meat products
- Cleaning/sanitizing production area
- Tracking and filling out documentation in a HACCP environment
- Working the days leading up to major holidays, this is a requirement
The schedule for this position is every other weekend off. In this case, you would have wednesday/thursday off one week, and the weekend off the next.
You will be expected to show up on-time, ready to work, and dress/act in a professional manner
The position is located in St. Bonifacius, MN.

$26 starting pay is for full time positions. Higher pay will be considered depending on experience level. Restaurant experience could be considered if handling meat was a key portion of your previous position.
