Title: Sales Associate
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable sales associate to join our team at our wine, spirits and beer shop. As a sales associate, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge of wine, spirits and beer with our customers while helping curate our many selections and contributing to the growth of our business.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their selections.
Share your knowledge with customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences and taste.
Conduct tastings and assist with events.
Manage inventory and assist with restocking shelves and displays.
Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Ability to lift heavy boxes of wine, spirits and beer.
Minimum 2 years prior restaurant or retail liquor store sales experience preferred.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
