The Sonder Shaker is looking to fill the following position:
-Part Time / Full Time P.M. Line Cooks
Job brief:
-The Sonder Shaker is looking to add a couple members to our outstanding back of house team.
Requirements/Responsibilities:
-A love for cooking and passion to work a busy shift on the line.
-Must possess adequate knife skills.
-Must have 2 years of experience in high volume kitchens.
-Must be able to lift 40lbs.
-Set up, organize and stock stations with all necessary prep & supplies.
-Prepare food for service by following recipes and instructions given by the exec chef and sous chef.
-Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff.
-Keep work area clean and sanitized.
-Answer, report and follow executive chef's instructions.
-Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
