Hyacinth is an intimate, Brooklyn-inspired Italian restaurant.
One of our long time servers is moving on, so we have two shifts available starting at the end of December, with lots of opportunity for picking up shifts, and more shifts opening this spring with patio season. Our front-of-house staff has been working here an average of two years. Everyone serves, hosts, busses, and runs food. Fast paced yet relaxed, fine dining without being stuffy, interesting wine, pasta, small plates. No yelling. A FREE shift meal every shift. It really just is the best place to work.
We are looking for a server with at least two years of serving experience, preferably in fine dining or more upscale service, but we will train the right candidate. Wine and cocktail knowledge is a plus, bartending experience is a plus. And the biggest plus of all is having a genuine passion for food and hospitality.
