TEAM MANAGER
Team Managers at Broders’ Restaurants are vital to the daily operations as well as fulfilling the Broder Mission; to deliver great food, provide exceptional service, build family and community, and sustain profitability.
To be a Team Manager at Broders’ Restaurants, is to uphold Broders’ Vision of hospitality by fulfilling the Team Manager position profile. Broders’ Team Managers support Leadership through participation in systems development, operation accountability, Team Leader & Team Member oversight, and policy application. Team Members and Team Leads count on Team Managers to fulfill their position profile and show up to work physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. As a representative of Broders’ Restaurants, Team Managers are expected to approach all situations with an open mind, remove blame or judgment in times of conflict, and contribute to the overall well-being of the team & company. Team Managers participate in additional duties and responsibilities that ensure daily operational success, big picture thinking, project development and execution, and Operations Leadership support. Team Managers oversee Team Leads, Team Members and collaborate directly with Operations Leadership.
Broders’ Restaurants; Broders’ Cucina Italiana, Broders’ Pasta Bar, and Terzo, function as a unified operation and you may be called upon to fulfill Team Member or Team Leader roles at any location.
