Key Living LLC is an assisted living located in Blaine, Minnesota. Owned and operated by locals who have a passion for health care. We provide individualized care for persons with physical and or mental challenges.
We are looking for compassionate, respectful, and energetic individuals to join our team.
Job Details
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years or older
Education-Minimum of a High school diploma or equivalent
Experience - minimum of 1 year in a similar role
Skills-Be patient, compassionate, reliable, adaptable, able to communicate effectively, have good time management skills, must be able to multitask, and be a team player. Licensed driver a plus
Responsibilities
Assisting with activities of daily living for residents who are physically and mentally impaired. This may include; housekeeping, cooking, bathing, outings, medication administration.
Open to developing meaningful relationships with the residents you serve.
