We are currently hiring daytime, evening, and weekend caregivers in Minnetonka, South Minneapolis, New Hope, Minneapolis, Edina, Golden Valley, Eden Prairie, Hopkins, St. Louis Park, and a variety of areas in the west metro!
Joyful Companions Home Care is a family-owned Christian-based business, providing non-medical caregiver services to seniors and older adults with disabilities. We strive to help our clients live independently for as long as possible, while also bringing peace of mind to their families. Joyful Companions provides care through a variety of tasks including light housekeeping, grocery shopping, meal preparation, laundry, and transportation.
We primarily work with older adults with memory loss, providing companionship, reminders for activities of daily living, and memory care. We offer flexible availability for our part-time caregivers, who work 12-20 hours a week.
We are looking for reliable, compassionate caregivers. You must have a dependable, insured vehicle with a current driver's license and auto insurance. Our caregiver/companion positions are for those who have a heart for building a relationship with seniors. This is a great opportunity for anyone looking to serve seniors and is compassion-driven in a part-time capacity!

Requirements:
Minimum availability of 12 hours/week
Reliable vehicle
Current Minnesota driver's license
Proof of current automobile insurance
21 years of age or older
Ability to lift 25 pounds
Excellent communication skills
Ability to document service provided
All caregiver positions are considered part-time, and we cannot guarantee consistent hours due to the unpredictable nature of the changing needs of the seniors we serve.
