Hello-
We are looking for a Wonder Woman to help care for our parents so that they can remain in their home. This would be an hourly well-paid position and we can negotiate the pay based on experience and as we meet with you. We would want an female who is fun, personable, positive, can cook healthy meals, clean, help with grocery shopping, drive them to drs appointments, make sure medications are taken, and be a driver to other events. This person would be drug free, non-smoker, patient, kind, have experience with the elderly, non confrontational and be professional at knowing boundaries. We will want a clean reference check. Julie (Mom) is using a walker and needs help with cooking and cleaning and getting to her social events. She is very independent but gets tired easily and has a compromised back and heart. Ken (Dad) is going through the early stages of dementia and is very forgetful. He still is able to do the handy work around the home and still golfs. Loves talking about this! He needs a caretaker with a "gentle demeanor" as he is used to being in control and frustrated that things are changing. He needs a person that is not overstepping boundaries.
