Pay: $20.35 - $28.00 per hour
Openings: 2 positions to fill - Full Time or Part Time
2) Weekdays & every other weekend 7AM-3PM (FT)
3) Weekdays & every other weekend 3PM-11PM (PT)
Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
Required CNA/TMA Certificate or LPN License from an accredited post-secondary institution.
Responsible for:
-Dispensing medications and treatments
-Following company's policies and procedures
-Setting up baths/showers for residents
-Observing mealtimes
-Providing ADL assistance to residents
-Stocking of supplies
-Shredding of documents
-Performing completion of task checklist per shift
-Completing all other duties assigned
Hayes Residence is a 40 bed non-skilled nursing facility serving adults with both mental health and physical health diagnoses.
Our population of residents are mostly independent with their ADLs and need medication management, reminders, and behavioral redirection/support to help maintain their physical and mental health diagnoses.
We are located in the charming residential neighborhood of Highland Park, near downtown St. Paul. Our location provides excellent convenience for freeway access and public transportation.
