All About Caring Home Care, LLC. is looking for a Direct Support Professional (DSP) who would like to build a meaningful relationship with their clients and their family as you provide assistance and support in ADL's, building life skills, individual care needs, and life enriching activities at home and in the community.
Requirements:
- Good communication skills including engagement with the clients, family and other caregivers. Notify lead staff and family of changes in condition of clients such that care and supports can be assessed and team can address any needed adjustments.
- Assist the Care Team with finding and planning community and social activities. Blending a variety of multi-sensory experiences into client's day/week.
- Participate in development of Individualized Service Plans (ISP) and updates.
- Commitment to serving our clients and family.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Experienced candidates in providing supportive care for individuals who experience challenges with autism preferred but not a must.
- Dedicated, compassionate individuals in which have serviced clients and families with outstanding interpersonal and supportive skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude and flexibility to perform various duties.
- Ability to make sound decisions, choices and act in the best interest of the clients and family.
- Skilled in time management and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrate good judgement, problem solving, and decision making skills.
- Possess good written and verbal kills for effective communication within the care team.
Full-Time, Part-Time, and Overnight positions available.
Salary: Days> $22.00/hr. Overnights (Night Supervision)> $18.00/hr.
