Learnability LLC fosters Individualized Home Supports with Training for adults with disabilities in our communities! We are currently seeking a caregiver from 6am to 10am Monday through Friday in a Minnetonka location. The caregiver will have previous experience and/or certification working with individuals in wheelchairs.

Basic Function:
Direct Care staff provide personal care support and assistance, include but are not limited to, assisting our client with various activities of daily living as well as helping clients reach independent goals.
Responsibilities include social outings, meal prep, laundry, light housekeeping and hygiene.
Experience with hoyer, enemas and catheters is highly desired.

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum Qualifications:
Certification as a PCA, DSP, CNA or HHA is desired.
Strong understanding of person-centered planning and support methodologies.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work collaboratively while maintaining personal boundaries in the work environment.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications for record-keeping and reporting.
Successfully pass clearances - MN State Police Criminal Background Check and valid driving record (less than 3 violations in 3 years)
Required Skills:
Ability to treat clients with respect and dignity
Possess basic reading, writing, and math skills
Ability to follow a client's service plan
Possess basic cooking and housekeeping skills
