Guardian Home Healthcare is seeking female workers for Individualized Home Supports (IHS), Adult Companion Services, and Homemaker positions in the Saint Paul area. Multilingual-speaking applicants are strongly preferred.

What you’ll do: Duties differ based on the type of role including IHS, Companionship services, and Home making services
Accompany clients to appointments and outings
Help with shopping, companionship, and light housekeeping
Maintain care records
Clean, do laundry, prepare meals
Restock supplies, sanitize rooms
Job Details:
Location: Within 40 miles of Saint Paul, MN
Schedule: Flexible hours (8am–8pm, weekdays/weekends)
Pay: Up to $25/hour (based on experience)
Type: Full-time or part-time

Must be female
Multilingual-speaking preferred
Valid driver’s license, car, and insurance
Able to pass DHS background check
Authorized to work in the USA
