Job description
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home care and support to clients, including assistance with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
- Assist clients with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and any observations made during visits.
Experience:
- Previous experience as a caregiver or similar role is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and practices.
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
