Harmony Homes is seeking a staff to job share with two charming ladies, who each work FT at a group home for developmentally disabled males in Little Canada. The current staff work FT hours primarily afternoons/evenings and e/o wkd 10-5. They need regular help with their hours due to other commitments and an upcoming leave.
We are seeking a staff to help pass medications, assist with chores and meal preparation, help with hygiene and grooming, assist with laundry and in house activities. You may escort and accompany the guys on medical appointments, to the gymnasium, going to church, going on fun social activities.
The guys want someone who wants to do what they want to do!
You must have at least a year of stable verifiable and relevant experience at the same company.
You must have a reliable vehicle and insurance.
Preferably you will live near the house (Little Canada).
Preferably you will have a med passing certification, CPR and First Aid.
Generally, you would work 15-20 hour each week. During July August you would be working much more.
