We are on an urgent search for a Licensed Dental Hygienist to join our tight knit team!

Privately owned and operated by Dr. Lee Lira, Cities Dental Group is a well-established Practice in Plymouth since 2002. Every patient that walks through our door knows they are going to receive the highest level of personal care possible, from a caring team that genuinely wants the best for them. From the moment they check in at the front desk, to when they return home and receive their personal care call from our team, they are treated like family. Many of our patients have been loyal to Dr. Lira and Cities Dental Group for over 20 years. Treating generations of families is one of the highlights of Dr. Lira’s career. We have WONDERFUL patients, and they are a big reason we have such a hardworking, dedicated team.

As a Licensed Dental Hygienist at Cities Dental Group, you will be an integral member of the patient care team. Our office is known for exceptional customer service, and we always deliver a personable, professional atmosphere for our patients. Our perfect fit would be a team player with excellent time management skills and who is self-motivated. The ideal team member would be able ti deliver the best, most thorough care possible while keeping the patient comfortable and being efficient in all daily situations. Being a small practice, all team members are cross trained and are able to help each other out.

We are also looking for someone who is passionate about educating patients on their oral health, who sincerely enjoys building trust and rapport with their patients, and who is open to advancing their career with new technology and techniques. We strive to stay up to date with the most improved technical advancements that dentistry has to offer; Dr. Lira prides himself in providing our clinical team opportunities to advance their careers through CE courses, and exciting new “toys” at the office.

Requirements:

· Must hold a current MN Hygiene license

· Certified to administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide in MN

· Current CPR certification

· Familiarity with Eaglesoft or similar PM software preferred, but not required.

· Strong anatomy knowledge related to oral health

· 1 year experience preferred, however new graduates are welcome (we love to train!)

· Ability to work collaboratively within a dental team

· Adhere to ethical standards and patient confidentially

We understand the demand is high, but we still want to make sure we chose the candidate who is the best fit possible for our team, no matter how long that takes. For the “perfect fit” we are willing to be flexible with the schedule and we look forward to discussing this further when we meet!

Our clinical hours of operation are as follows:

Monday: 11:00am – 6:00pm

Tuesday: 10:00am – 6:00pm

Wednesday: 7:30am – 4:00pm

Thursday: 7:30am – 4:00pm

Fridays: 7:00am – 12:00pm (open every other Friday
