I have been asked to interview and hire 2 professional caregivers for one of the most well know football coaches in the history of football.
I will be looking for 2 caregivers with a minimum of 10 years' experience each. Must have impeccable references. Must never have quit a client without proper notice and be willing to make a long-time commitment. Must be both emotionally stable and professional appearance.
The ideal candidates will have very flexible schedules as you will essentially be living with the client's family. Both caregivers will share days and duties. (3 days on - 4 days off ) etc. or every other day, whichever the team determines is best suited for them.) FAMILY has professional housekeepers, on site chef, and grounds keepers. This could very well be one of the very best opportunities of your life as a caregiver.
Must have experience working with professionals and a demanding schedule as the client still has international recognition and many people come to visit during the week. You will help manage his schedule. Must know how to work with seniors who are starting to deal in the aging process. At this time there are no medical or neurological issues with the client. Client will be residing in Minnesota 3 months a year and in Florida for 7 months a year. 2 months are usually spent traveling to France and Italy during seasons. You will be paid in Florida, where there is NO STATE INCOME TAX, so the actual net salary is considerably higher.
These positions will be salaried, with generous bonus, medical and dental plans, and a 401k matching contributions, along with travel accommodations.
The Florida location, you will have your own private condo on a golf course along with a 2023 Cadillac XT5 vehicle to drive. The Minnesota location, you will have your own private wing of a house to reside in. The client has a long term view of care and this position could easily be a 5 to10 year position.
You will drive client and or fly with client to any events or dinners, or fund raisers. Vacation abroad you will have plenty of time to enjoy the sites and local fare. Travel is arranged through his agent.
I am looking for two people who have the professional gift of care and professionalism. Must be able to demonstrate your health care skills and professional appearance and manners. Must have a clear driving record for the last 5 years, and be PASSPORT ELIGIBLE.
