The Learnability Network is seeking a compassionate caregiver for a couple young men at 2 different locations. Your schedule would be split between the two that we provide one on one support in a collaborative platform for building person-centered planning! The hours for the position typically start at 8am and end around 5 or 6pm weekly. We are looking for flexibility as additional shifts and rotations may be needed. This position would be ideal for someone interested in exploring the field of direct care and outdoors together with our clients year round! Great position for nursing students, para professionals and caregivers! Comfortable driving our company vehicle through each season and assisting with routines are part of the skills we are looking for.
The Learnability Network is a 245D licensed organization that offers home and community based services for adults with disabilities. We are a smaller organization committed to providing services that lead to a healthy lifestyle for each individual. The Learnability Network offers a new, integral approach to person centered services by collaborating with staff who are boots on the ground daily. Our role is to support and encourage participants to come to their own conclusion regarding their careers, life choices and services.
Rock Star Compensation:
Our pay rate is $28.50 during the week, higher weekend differential and asleep overnight at $17.50!
Benefits:
We also offer 20 days/160 hours of a PTO bank after 90 days of employment.

Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old
Valid driver's license with 2 or less driving violations in the last 2 years
Reliable transportation
