Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in South Minneapolis, Minnesota. This is a hands on maintenance position at a 197 unit Section 42 property with guaranteed full-time hours.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
2+ years’ experience in maintenance
1+ years in multifamily housing preferred
Dry walling including painting and carpentry
Boilers class 1, 2 or special is a plus but not required
EPA certification a plus but not required
A valid Driver's License is REQUIRED for all Techs
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation is $21 - $27/hour
