We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management practices. The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
Duties
Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards.
Manage and coordinate subcontractors and laborers, providing clear direction and support.
Utilize construction management software such as Plangrid & ProCore to track project progress and documentation.
Implement safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations, conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Superintendent role or similar position within the construction industry.
Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team building and conflict resolution.
Knowledge of construction processes and techniques, including the ability to build and manage various aspects of a project effectively.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations, particularly OSHA requirements.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse teams.
