Building Maintenance for a 24 Unit complex
Nice owner looking for a reliable skilled person to turn apartments and maintain the property. 30 hours a week depending on how many turns.
Looking for building maintenance person with at least ten years of experience. Applicant must be able to repair and remodel all parts of a building, including:
flooring
cabinet install
window installs
appliance repair
basic plumbing
electrical.
Must have transportation. Must pass criminal background. Must be agreeable. Spanish language a plus.
$40/hour with good experience and skills.
Must have excellent organizational skills. This person must be the kind of worker that puts away tools and maintains a clean work area.
