Mill City Concrete & Masonry Inc. is a leader in high-quality residential concrete work, and we are looking to hire a full-time Concrete Laborer. This seasonal role runs from April to November. Workdays begin at 7 AM and typically end at 4 PM or when the job is complete (Monday–Friday). Hours may vary based on project needs, season, and weather. Experience is a plus, but we will train the right individual.

Compensation: $25+ (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities & Qualification
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. We move throughout the day from jobsite to jobsite. We work primarily in Mpls/St. Paul and surrounding suburbs.
Must be able to handle physical labor (wheelbarrows, shoveling, jobsite cleaning-up, moving materials by hand, involvement in pour, and general physical labor for construction).
Basic understanding of hand tools used in the construction trade.
Ability to multitask and take direction.
Meets attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.
Previous experience with a concrete crew, landscaping and/or construction a plus.
