POSITION: Crew Leader
GENERAL FUNCTION: Take charge of a delivery site and ensure proper placement of deliveries.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Represent the store in a professional and courteous manner during all customer transactions and at all store and rental industry functions.
2. Responsible for performing all duties of General Delivery Personnel/Driver/Laborer.
3. Inform management of new sales opportunities and job sites.
4. Know specifications and application of rental inventory.
5. Safety inspections/safety checks daily vehicles (fuel, lights, brakes, etc.)
6. Expected to ensure job duties are performed in an accurate and professional manner.
7. Ensure that job is completed and leave the site clean and picked up.
8. Maintain and comply with company procedures and policies.

POSITION: General Delivery Personnel/Driver/Laborer
GENERAL FUNCTION: Delivering and picking up equipment
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Represent the store in a professional and courteous manner during all customer transactions and at all store and rental industry functions.
2. Exhibit proper conduct and attire and present good grooming standards.
3. Responsible for knowing weekly scheduled hours and accountable for being available in a timely fashion. Must be able to take care of clocking in and out and keeping track of own timecard.
4. Serve as store representative and follow the direction of superiors.
5. Load, unload, deliver, and pickup equipment in a timely manner.
6. Clean and do necessary maintenance on equipment.
7. Keep vehicles and work areas clean.
8. Instruct customers on equipment operation.
9. Maintain accurate delivery and pickup records.
10. Secure the customer’s signature on the rental contract and receive any payment if necessary.
11. Inform management of difficulties with deliveries or pickups.
12. Maintain and comply with company policies and procedures.
