We provide all types of construction services for management companies in multi-family communities, so it is imperative that you project a professional appearance, are polite and friendly, while maintaining a safe working environment. This is a year-round position.
Job Description:
Clean dryer/dryer vent units in multi-family associations
Clean A.C. condenser coils
Clean duct work systems
Understand the requirements of each individual project. Perform within job time and material budgets.
The ability to identify & correct deficiencies.
Ensuring a safe work environment by adhering to all safety standards & requirements.
Maintain a clean & safe job site at all times.
Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physical ability to work up to an 8-hour workday Ability to lift weight up to 100lbs.
Knowledge of workplace health & safety practices.
Self-motivated team player.
Effective communicator both verbal and written.
Possess good organizational and time management skills.
Reliable and punctual.
