The requirements are simple:
-Have minimum three years of verifiable finishing experience
-Drivers license with a clean driving record (Class A preferred also extra pay)
-Have a DOT healthcard or ability to obtain one (not required)
-Works well with others - our crews do all aspects of concrete, no task is beneath any of us! We are a team!
-Present yourself in a professional manner around customers and when on company time.
-Adequate Bobcat skills - Help with tear out and loading trucks when necessary
-Saw cutting skills
-Proficient in all aspects of finishing, floating, rodding, steps. Stamping can be taught if need be.

I'm not afraid to pay above industry standards for the right person with the right experience. Pay is based on experience.
Pay at base knowledge of described requirements starts at $36.00-40.00+ depending on all abilities.
Overtime after 40 hours
Consistent availability of overtime
Benefits include paid holidays, health insurance, and direct deposit paid weekly.
LABORERS no experience necessary, we will train in all aspects of work. Must be able to perform all tasks such as wheel barreling, shoveling, grading, lifting 80 lbs, kneeling, crawling, bending, sitting, jack hammering all for extended periods. Pay starts at 25$/hr with no experience and goes up from there. Must be proactive in tasks and hardworking. Always thinking what the next task is and taking initiative to keep jobs moving forward. Class A is extra pay
