Hiring multiple operator's for skid steer and truck drivers truck drivers must have a valid, clear license. Looking for Operator’s that know how to respect equipment, position is for the entire winter. Pay depending on experience and physical ability. Must be willing to do some shoveling/snow blowing and sidewalk salting (we do some small properties and it makes no sense to send a shovel crew to shovel them. so the drivers shovel them, then plow at all the small properties) Must have transportation to and from shop in Andover.
