JOB DESCRIPTION
Crown Exteriors Inc., a progressive and fast-growing company in the storm restoration industry, is
seeking a full-time residential exterior Repair Specialist. We are a team committed to excellence

Job Responsibilities:
● Shingle repairs/replacements
● Replace drip edge/siders edge (repairs)
● Replace skylights
● Install roof vents (repairs)
● Repair soffit and fascia
● Vinyl siding repairs/small installs
● LP/Hardie siding repair/small installs
● Support production team as needed
● Window wrap/repair
● Install house numbers
● Job site clean up as needed
● Other duties as assigned by management
Other Duties if Able:
● Install small windows
● Interior/exterior trim work
● Other interior repairs
Qualifications:
● 5 + years of hands on roofing and siding or general construction experience
● Experience using a siders break (preferred)
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find alternative solutions
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
● Professional communication and follow up skills
● Ability to be able to work and maintain orderly job site and vehicle
● Ability to work within and maintain timelines
● Availability to work extended hours in busy season

● General Construction Experience: 5+ years (Required)
● Experience using siders break (Preferred)
License/Certification:
