Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable team of subcontractors (3-4 person crew) to join our team. The ideal crew will have a strong background in production trimming working in the residential construction market.
Responsibilities:
Execute all interior trimming tasks as per project requirements.
Utilize power tools effectively and safely to complete assigned tasks.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications.
Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Understands and executes work orders in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
Coordinate and collaborate with other tradesmen and following a project schedule.
Experience:
Proven experience in interior finish/trim carpentry. A minimum of 5 years.
Proficiency in using power tools and equipment safely.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Requirements:
Provide current General Liability and Workers Comp Insurance.
Complete application and interview process.
Provide all tools.
Experience managing a crew
Crew of 3-4 people
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $75,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Monday to Friday
