What we are looking for: Ideally, we would like to find candidates who have framed before â one or more years of framing - but we can be open to the right entry level candidate as well. A framer that has built using prefabbed components would be a HUGE plus! We build both residential and commercial projects as well.
What else are we looking for in a candidate? Someone who is:
Highly Motivated
Thrives in Production Environments
Great Attendance
Dependable transportation
Valid Driver License
Able to pass a pre-employment physical
Able to read a tape measure
Can use a nail gun
Knows their way around a construction site
