Here at Monticello Country Club Grounds Department we are currently looking for full-time and part-time seasonal employees. Employees are expected to work an average of 20-40 hours a week with weekend shifts included. This is a seasonal position with opportunity up to November.
We are looking for someone who is a team player, possesses a positive attitude, and attention to detail. Applicants must be willing to work in all conditions during the season, start work early in the morning, and able to be on your feet and perform light manual labor. Job description includes but not limited to:
-String trimming, raking bunkers, hand watering, tee set-up, picking the driving range, mowing of the golf course, and working along side the assistant and superintendent in projects related to the golf course, etc.
Employees also receive discounted meals and golf privileges.
