Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor/Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes. This role requires effective project scheduling, coordination with various teams, and ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with safety regulations and project specifications.
Duties
Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
Manage project scheduling to ensure timely completion of tasks while adhering to contract specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction efforts accurately.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to facilitate smooth workflow on-site.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and implement best practices to maintain a safe working environment.
Provide training and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work atmosphere.
Qualifications
Proven experience in supervising construction projects or teams is essential.
Strong skills in project scheduling, contract management, and communicating.
Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead diverse teams effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in managing project timelines and deliverables.
