General Laborer/Pod Swap
PAY: $22/hr
LOCATION: Shakopee, MN
Contract: 6 week/temporary role
Contract Start ASAP
Shift: M-F // 1st shift (7am to 4:30pm) // some potential overtime.
Responsibilities:
Move materials and assist in installing metal frames
Comfortably lift up to 50 pounds repetitively
Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Build and assemble metal frames and gating on the robotics floor
Use hand and power tools such as hammers, drills, and pallet jacks
Work Environment:
Loud, fast-paced conditions.
Temperature can vary (hot/cold if the site is new construction).
Extensive moving, standing, and walking.
Professional conduct is mandatory—must be respectful to people from all backgrounds.
