Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Female House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in residential properties, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently while managing time effectively.
Duties
Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
Handle floor care tasks such as sweeping, scrubbing, and polishing various types of flooring.
Launder linens and other items as needed, ensuring they are clean and fresh for clients.
Provide basic cooking services when required, preparing simple meals according to client preferences.
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences with professionalism.
Conduct carpet cleaning using appropriate equipment and techniques to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
Assist with housekeeping management tasks to ensure efficient operations within the home.
Maintain a well-organized cleaning schedule to maximize productivity and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Qualifications
Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred but not required.
Strong knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and equipment used in custodial work.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 40 pounds.
Team members should travel to our office at 7100 Northland Circle N. Brooklyn Park, MN 55428. Upon arrival, you will pick up the company car and any necessary equipment before traveling to the client's home.
